This is such a great app! Works really well for motivating the kids to do simple everyday things like making their bed and brushing their teeth, also chores like vacuuming, dusting. They actually want to build up their points and you can choose what the points are worth. Works really well for our family :). Well worth it and the price is ok.

Thank you for a really kool app to help keep our kids on task to finish a chore. Not only does it show them that theres a reward at the end, but it teaches them to be organized. I really love the visuals and would love to see more of them. Beig a parent of a special needs child who uses visuals this is a great app. Once again thank you and keep up the good work!!

Easily the best chart+rewarding chore application out there! Easy customization! Clean interface! Fun to use! A must-have!

I use this app to help my child remember what needs to be done and it doesnt make me feel like Im repeating myself a thousand times. My husband normally doesnt use apps like this with our daughter but loves it. It is bright and easy to use and customize to your needs. It can be used as chore minder or to help a child with their schedule. We use it to help encourage independence like more stars value if she does it by herself. I regret I didnt get this earlier!

What We Liked: Chore Pad HD is one of the apps I looked at longingly before I had an iPad. I had stalled out on a complicated, home-made, physical system that required the making of a pegboard and near countless round circles that would have to be created, printed, laminated, assigned, kept track of – all so we could have something VISUAL to work from instead of just words on a list…no wonder it NEVER got done! Thank God for Chore Pad! Now we have a visual system that lists our chores, is customizable and flexible, tracks rewards, and in short – does everything we hoped our cumbersome chore chart would accomplish, with much less hassle (no missing pieces) and almost no learning curve and set-up time. We never lose it either because we all know where the iPad is! I also love that you can have a large number of users on Chore Pad – we have five listed so far, and I’m glad we won’t need to buy any expansion packs as our family grows – just add another user! I don’t know if there’s a limit, but I just added 13 users to test it with no problem – big families welcome! It is easy enough to include your homeschooling schedule on the Chore Pad, just create a chore for each homeschooling task and assign it appropriately. Don’t forget to add those same tasks to YOUR chore chart Mom! One of our favorite things about Chore Pad is that it helps my husband and I keep our chores straight too. My husband is actually the keeper of the Chore Pad around here – he digs it. Even though I didn’t ask my children to rate this app, I can tell you that they do enjoy tapping the squares on their chore charts to make the little checkmarks appear and to see the little stars sliding across the bottom of their task as they are rewarded. They’ve also been eagerly working towards their first reward – an app of their choice. What We Didn’t Like: I would like it if there was an option to assign chores more than once a day. As it is, you need to set up three separate chores for a single task (like wiping the table after meals). Overall: Chore Pad is a rock-solid, visually engaging chore app. One of the largest ongoing struggles homeschooling mothers face is keeping their homes in order while juggling schoolwork and childcare. Chore Pad can help keep you keep things running smoothly, make sure everyone knows what is expected of them, and hand out some fun rewards in the process. After a rough day feeling like I was going to go insane and possibly eat a child alive out of frustration along came this app and saved us all! Thank you-so well thought out!

Some bad moments

Dont like the fact that i cant see the fullbweek and i cant o back to previous days Pls change or will delete this app

The Synching functionality is very poor. When attempting to synch my chores data to dropbox each of my devices say that I cannot because a synch is in progress after multiple attempts, and closing an reopening the app. Using dropbox, a 2.5 star service for data is not a good choice. I am also frustrated that my parent password and security settings do not synch across devices. I really wanted to use this app but right now it doesnt work for me.

I love this! Im using it for my husband, parents and office staff. I feel like a kindergarten teacher most days so it fits my style. Great app! Cant wait to use it with kids when theyre old enough.

I homeschool and have 4 children. This is a great check list and a great way for motivation. Customizable in every way and syncs with many devices. Our stars are set up to give us video game or tv time. 1 star for one minute. Love it.

Chore Pad HD is a great app for creating a chore chart on your iPad! It allows the user to customize the chore chart by person, with chores being done daily or on a schedule. Users can assign each chore a point value, and create rewards the user can then choose from and redeem their points. The app contains multiple images to use along with the chores to provide a visual for children that need that. The parental controls can be locked thus protecting the chore list from deletion or editing. No in-app purchases or ads, and the external links are all in the parental controls section. Great app!

Keeping my kids focused and holding them responsible has been challenging. This app is extremely helpful with that. Managing chores is fun for them and easy for me. The points system is a great feature too.
